At Crystal Falls we recognise that sometimes an item purchased may be no longer needed or just isn’t right for you. If that is the case, no problem! As long as the product is in as-new condition, you are welcome to return this to us within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange for another item of the same value, thats absolutely fine as when the item is received back to us we will send the item you want with only postage fees to pay. Please note we do not normally refund postage costs and we will only accept returns on unopened items.
Should an item not meet your expectations, please send back to us in the same condition it was received. Please ensure it is well packed for the return journey and please include your email address, reason for return and home address if an alternative is required. Once your items have been refunded or your exchange item has been sent, we will email you to let you know!
In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings or beauty products.
When you receive your parcel from us, if any items are missing, faulty or damaged don’t hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Its important that you contact us first via email so we can put things right as quickly as possible! If an item is missing from your order, we will send this out to you within 24 hours Monday – Friday with no further shipping costs. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged we ask that you package the item well and return to us via 2nd class Royal Mail and we will refund the cost of this return postage by 2nd class Royal Mail.
